Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to drive HIT-enabled strategies across multiple states and health systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to align HIT capabilities with clinical workflows, data insights, and governance standards.

You will educate customers on approved EHR-enabled tools, support implementation decisions, and contribute to account planning with health IT trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles in clinical settings.
Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and major EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align HIT resources with needs and workflows.
Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities for patient identification and care coordination.
Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support evaluation for potential use.
Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing insights and trends.
Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating customer support and providing field input.
