Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access for field-based work across multiple US states. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
At least 3 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
At least 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles in a healthcare setting.
Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and HIT.
Customer-facing experience assessing needs across teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with workflows.
Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to improve patient care and efficiency.
Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support evaluation.
Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units.
Ensure governance decisions align with policies and compliance.
