GlaxoSmithKline seeks a Health Informatics Manager to support Market Access initiatives by aligning HIT resources with customer needs, clinical workflows, and technology environments across multiple US states. You will translate data insights into practical opportunities, advise on EHR-enabled tools, and collaborate with health systems and internal teams.

Formación

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in healthcare or informatics.
Minimum 3 years in healthcare/pharma industry with health informatics experience.
2+ years in health informatics/EHR roles in hospital or practice settings.
Experience with major EHR platforms (Athenahealth, Epic, Cerner, etc.).
Customer-facing experience and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Epic or other EHR certification, RHIA/RHIT, or similar preferred.

Responsabilidades

Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with needs and workflows.
Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights and address barriers.
Educate customers on EHR-enabled tools and measure resources.
Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
Coordinate cross-functional input across Market Access and other units.
Ensure governance, privacy, and security decisions adhere to policy.
