Zusammenfassung

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Health Informatics Manager to drive HIT-enabled initiatives across US healthcare systems. You will translate data insights into practical opportunities that improve patient identification, care coordination, and clinical workflows, partnering with GSK teams to align HIT capabilities with customer needs.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles (hospital, practice or patient-care setting).
Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and health IT, including major EHR platforms.

Aufgaben

Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities for improved patient care.
Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support their evaluation.
Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
Coordinate customer support and provide field input on scalable tools and resources.
Ensure governance decisions align with policy and compliance requirements.
