Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline seeks a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to translate health information technology insights into actionable opportunities for patient care across priority therapeutic areas. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of health informatics or EHR-related roles in patient-care environments.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and major EHR platforms.
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams with hands-on knowledge of EHR products and governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities that improve patient identification and care delivery.
• Educate customers on EHR-enabled, digital resources and support evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal partners.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access, coordinating customer support and field input on scalable tools.
• Ensure customer ownership of clinical, technical, implementation, privacy, security, and governance decisions per GSK policies.
