Qualifications

• 2+ years in health informatics or EHR-related roles.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and major EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with health-system stakeholders and GSK teams to align HIT resources with workflows.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities.
• Educate customers on EHR-enabled tools and support evaluation for use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other units, coordinating support.
