Job summary

The Health Informatics Manager in Market Access at GlaxoSmithKline will lead HIT-enabled initiatives across a broad set of U.S. healthcare partners.

You will translate data insights into practical opportunities to improve patient identification, care coordination, and operational efficiency while aligning with governance and compliance. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
Minimum 2 years of health informatics or EHR roles in a hospital, physician practice, or patient-care environment.
Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and health information technology, including major EHR platforms.
Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams, with hands-on knowledge of EHR products and governance.

Responsibilities

Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional GSK teams to align approved HIT resources with customer needs, clinical workflows, and technology environments.
Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and operational barriers to identify compliant opportunities that may improve patient identification, care delivery, coordination, and efficiency.
Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled, digital, patient identification, and measurement resources and support their evaluation for potential use.
Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing relevant insights, risks, opportunities, and health IT trends with internal partners.
Serve as a HIT subject matter resource across Market Access and other GSK business units, coordinating customer support and providing field input on scalable tools and resources.
