GSK seeks a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to translate HIT insights into practical opportunities across therapeutic areas and healthcare settings. The role covers multiple US states and partners with health systems to align HIT capabilities with patient workflows, governance, and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in health informatics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of health informatics or EHR-related roles in a hospital, physician practice, or patient-care environment.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and major EHR platforms (Athenahealth, Epic, Oracle Cerner, Meditech, OncoEMR, iKnowMed).
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams with hands-on knowledge of EHR products and governance.
• Experience in Oncology, Respiratory, Infectious Diseases, or other relevant therapeutic areas.
• Experience supporting product launches, EHR optimization, clinical workflow redesign, population health, or digital health initiatives.
• Knowledge of healthcare quality measures, value-based care, interoperability, and digital health technologies.
• Project and change management experience including EHR adoption and end-user enablement.
• Epic or other major EHR vendor certification, CPHIMS, RHIA, RHIT, or other relevant certification.
• Advanced degree in health informatics, clinical informatics, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities for improved patient identification and care delivery.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled, digital, patient identification and measurement resources.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with insights, risks, and trends.
• Serve as HIT subject matter resource across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating field input and scalable tools.
• Ensure customer ownership of clinical, technical, implementation, privacy, security, and governance decisions per policies.
