Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of customer service in contact center, healthcare, hospitality, or service environment.
• English (read, write, spoken) required; multilingual plus.
• Experience resolving customer issues across multiple systems.
• Experience in provider office, medical group, hospital, or health plan is a plus.
