Sharecare is a digital healthcare company expanding access to health coaching services remotely. We seek a Health Coach to engage participants, provide education and motivation, and help members progress toward health goals.

You will work in a structured, high-engagement outreach model using an automated dialer, with training and a defined schedule. This role emphasizes team collaboration and a devotion to improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field required or NBHWC certification may substitute for the health-related degree.
• 1–2 years of related experience; customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with benchmarks and contact center metrics.
• Proficiency in data entry and using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Engagement (inbound and outbound) with eligible participants to inform and enroll in the program.
• Coaching (inbound and outbound) to drive behavior change and adopt healthier habits.
• Outreach to participants who are enrolled but have no scheduled call.
• Coordinate care with nurses, pharmacists, and external vendors.
