Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Certified Health Coach to operate in a remote, structured outreach model. You will conduct coaching conversations, enroll participants, and support behavior change goals through established workflows. Training lasts six weeks, with an 10:30am–9:00pm CST shift window and rotating Saturdays.

Compensation is $21.50 or $25 per hour with certification through NBC-HWC or CHES. You will work within a multidisciplinary team supervised by Coaching Operations managers.

Qualifications

• Completed NBHWC certified training program is required.
• Active NBHWC board certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required (e.g., psychology, nutrition).

Responsibilities

• Engage in telephonic calls with participants (engagement).
• Provide individualized behavior change coaching using motivational interviewing.
• Coordinate with nurses and external vendors to deliver services.
• Attend daily and monthly meetings and present findings.
• Record interactions and track progress in the software platform.
