Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Certified Health Coach to join a remote, full-time program. The role focuses on education, support, and motivation to help members progress toward health goals while following established workflows.

Training lasts six weeks with 8am – 4:30pm CST, and compensation starts at $21.50 per hour, rising to $25 with NBC-HWC or CHES certification; evening shifts and rotating Saturdays required.

Qualifications

• NBHWC-certified training completed.
• Bachelor's degree in health-related field.
• Ability to coach via chat and document interactions.
• Experience with benchmarks and contact center metrics is a plus.
• Proficiency in data entry and using documentation software.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound/outbound coaching calls with members.
• Educate, support, and motivate members to adopt healthier behaviors.
• Document interactions and track progress in the platform.
• Coordinate with nurses and vendors as part of care team.
• Meet schedule and caseload requirements.
