Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Health Coach to engage with program participants via telephonic coaching, delivering education, support, and motivation to help members reach their health goals.

The role follows structured workflows, includes 6 weeks of training, and requires you to cover shifts between 10:30am and 9:00pm CST, one Saturday every four weeks; compensation starts at $21.50 per hour, up to $25 with NBC-HWC or CHES certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field required; NBHWC certification might substitute for the health-related degree.
• 1-2 years of related experience; customer service preferred.
• Experience with benchmarks and contact center metrics; adherence to schedule.
• Proficiency in computer data entry and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to coordinate telephonic communication while navigating software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engagement (inbound/outbound) to inform and enroll participants.
• Coaching (inbound/outbound) using motivational interviewing to change high-risk behaviors.
• Coordinate delivery of services with a multi-disciplinary care team.
• Manage caseload and schedule; document progress and outcomes.
• Attend daily/monthly meetings and present findings.
