Job summary

Sharecare is hiring a Health Coach to engage with program participants via telephonic coaching, education, and motivation. The role emphasizes behavior change support and adherence to workflows within a multidisciplinary team.

Training lasts six weeks with CST hours, and certification through NBC-HWC or CHES may be required or paid for. The position is remote, with a shift pattern that includes evenings and one rotating Saturday every four weeks, and compensation starts at $21.50–$25 per hour

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field required; NBHWC certification may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Engagement and coaching calls with participants to inform and enroll in the program.
• Provide individualized behavior change coaching to reduce high-risk behaviors.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary care team to deliver services.
• Maintain schedules and caseloads to ensure consistent participant contact.
• Document progress and outcomes in the program software.
