The position offers a remote, full-time schedule with a 6-week training period, weekend rotation, and compensation at $21.50–$25 per hour depending on certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required.
• NBHWC certified training is required for the role.
• Active NBHWC board certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in outbound and inbound coaching calls to engage eligible participants.
• Provide behavior-change coaching using motivational interviewing.
• Coordinate care services with a multi-disciplinary team including nurses and vendors.
• Document interactions and track progress within the software platform.
• Maintain adherence to schedule and caseload; support team meetings and updates.
