Job summary

PeopleOne Health is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations across a cluster of primary care centers within Florida. You will supervise staff, optimize clinical workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive a positive member experience.

The role requires leadership of Medical Assistants, collaboration with providers, and ongoing staff development to maintain high-quality, patient-centered care across sites.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling systems and timekeeping platforms; experience with EHRs is a plus.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop clinical staff and lead through change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations across a designated group of centers.
• Ensure compliant execution of clinical workflows and protocols.
• Maintain standards for documentation, infection control, and inventory management.
• Monitor staffing levels and schedule changes and coverage needs.
• Oversee time tracking, PTO approvals, and attendance per policy.
• Facilitate regular team huddles to align and drive accountability.
