PeopleOne Health, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager of Health Center Operations to lead end-to-end health center openings. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure clinical readiness from contract to go-live.

This role emphasizes healthcare operations, project management, and strong stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in program management within healthcare settings, with PMP or related certifications preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP or similar certification is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Project Management: develop and manage plans for multiple health center openings.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: align IT, Facilities, HR, Clinical Ops, and Supply Chain.
• Internal Stakeholder Management: drive implementation progress and provide status updates.
• Operational Readiness: ensure staff hiring, credentialing, and training before go-live.
• Risk Management: identify bottlenecks and mitigation strategies.
• Budget Oversight: monitor costs across facilities, staffing, and equipment.
• Go-Live Support: lead site-readiness and launch phase operations.
