Job summary

Central City Health is seeking a Director of Clinical & Site Operations to lead multi-site clinical services, improve care coordination, and ensure regulatory compliance across primary care, behavioral health, and dental services.

You will oversee patient flow, staffing, budgeting, and partnerships with medical leadership, driving quality measures and continuous improvement in a fast-paced community health setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical field or related
• Active Michigan clinical license (e.g., RN, LP, LPC, LMSW)
• Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare or behavioral health operations experience
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory/leadership roles
• BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day clinical and site operations across assigned sites, including patient flow, staffing, scheduling, coverage, and productivity standards.
• Oversee clinical workflows and care coordination among primary care, behavioral health, and dental services.
• Maintain compliance with DWIHN, CCBHC, HRSA, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2; prepare for audits and surveys.
• Partner with Medical Director and leaders on clinical standards, quality measures, and performance improvement.
• Coordinate licensure-tracking supervision requirements and ensure appropriate supervision structure.
• Coordinate warm hand-offs and shared-member care for complex cases.
• Maintain safe, staffed, patient-ready sites in collaboration with Facilities, Security, and HR; manage budget and supplies.
• Supervise site-based staff; promote closed-loop communication and a constructive correction culture.
• Participate in monthly multi-disciplinary rounds and clinical leadership meetings.
• All other duties as assigned by leadership.
