Wipro is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a remote position. You will support members by providing information to help them make informed health decisions, aiming to help them access the right care the first time.

You will manage 50 to 70 calls daily, document inquiries, route issues to the right teams, and maintain high standards of accessibility, responsiveness, and professionalism within our 10:00am–8:00pm CST window.

Formación

• High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of Customer Service Experience.

Responsabilidades

• Handle 50–70 calls daily with empathy and professionalism.
• Listen actively and identify resolutions to customer issues.
• Document and route issues to the appropriate cross-functional teams.
• Assist with eligibility, benefits, claims status, and policy inquiries.
• Coordinate warm transfers when needed and maintain high service levels.
