Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic computer skills and USB connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Document and maintain records of customer interactions using established systems.
• Explain eligibility, policy benefits, claims payments, and authorization processes to members and providers.
• Promote use of self-service tools to improve user experience and resolution speed.
• Analyze patient activity and claims information to resolve benefit inquiries and adjust data for first-contact resolution.
• Route complex inquiries to appropriate departments and ensure timely follow-up.
