Oak Street Health is seeking a driven Sales Call Center Representative I to join our remote team. In this full-time role, you will conduct outbound calls to prospective patients, qualify interest, and schedule initial doctor appointments while hitting daily quotas.

You will participate in a 4-week training and work within a 5 am–7 pm window, with a base+bonus structure. Strong communication and CRM skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound telemarketing or call center sales preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Schedule initial appointments and meet daily/weekly/monthly quotas.
• Understand Medicare basics and Oak Street's value proposition.
• Utilize listening, questioning, and closing skills to convert prospects.
