Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a Sales Call Center Representative I for remote, full-time work. You will conduct outbound telemarketing to prospective patients, hit daily targets, and work with Salesforce and other systems to capture information and schedule initial doctor appointments.

The role offers a base salary range of $15.00 to $32.31 per hour plus benefits; training is provided, and a collaborative team environment supports growth in a rapidly expanding company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Outbound telemarketing or call center sales experience preferred.
• Ability to learn new technology and navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and work to convert them to new patients
• Understand patient needs and articulate Oak Street's unique proposition
• Utilize sales skill sets including rapport building, active listening, communication, qualification questioning, overcoming objections, and closing
• Understand Medicare Basics and insurance
• Schedule initial doctor's appointments with new patients and achieve daily/weekly/monthly quotas
• Other duties, as assigned
