Oak Street Health is hiring a Sales Call Center Representative I to join our remote care pursuit. This full-time role focuses on outbound telemarketing to prospective patients, with a 4-week training and a 40-hour workweek.

You will engage with patients, understand needs, schedule appointments and strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly quotas, while learning Medicare basics and using Salesforce and other systems.

Qualifications

• Must be able to attend a mandatory 4-week remote training, 8 am–5:30 pm, Monday–Friday.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and convert to new patients.
• Proficient with basic Google Suite and navigating multiple systems.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Schedule initial doctor appointments with new patients and meet quotas.
• Understand Medicare basics and insurance to communicate value.
