Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience handling high-volume calls.
• Proficient with Windows-based applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word) and internet navigation.
• Must have a wired internet connection within 7 feet of your computer and minimum speeds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming and make outgoing calls to patients and customers to resolve questions and provide education.
• Escalate complex issues to a pharmacist when needed.
• Maintain a positive customer experience and uphold CVS Health standards.
