Responsibilities

• Provide remote (WFH) customer service for CVS Health Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) division.
• Take inbound calls and answer questions concerning prescription coverage, medication insurance, and mail order prescriptions.
• Help participants understand their insurance coverage and options.
• Adhere to HIPAA and government compliance requirements.
• Maintain a professional virtual workspace and reliable internet connection.
• Be available to adjust scheduled hours as needed to meet call volume demand.
