State Collection Service is hiring Remote Health Care Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound and outbound calls about insurance, billing, and payments. Working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, you'll resolve general questions and help patients navigate financial assistance and payment arrangements.

The role requires 1+ years in call center or customer service, knowledge of medical terminology, ability to work evenings and Saturdays, and a willingness to cooperate in a team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of call center or customer service experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare billing preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Flexible scheduling including evenings and Saturdays
• Bilingual applicants encouraged

Responsabilités

• Makes/answers calls to resolve billing and payment issues per client protocols
• Responds to patient/account inquiries professionally and thoroughly
• Pursues payment arrangements on behalf of clients
• Adheres to FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA and applicable laws
• Maintains accurate information in work queues and systems
