Leading Edge Administrators is seeking an Account Executive to manage a portfolio of self-funded employee benefits accounts. You will coordinate implementation, renewals, and client services while identifying growth opportunities and ensuring high service levels.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare insurance sales, a valid producer license, and strong MS Office skills. Remote work is offered with quarterly travel to clients or offices as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Account Manager or Account Executive sales experience in healthcare insurance.
• Valid Producer license in state worked in to be maintained.
• Knowledge of employee benefits plans and related regulations.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee policy activity for assigned accounts including implementation and enrollment maintenance.
• Manage self-funded benefits administration and client inquiries to resolution.
• Develop proposals for renewals and manage the renewal process.
• Lead enrollment and annual benefits meetings for client employees.
• Travel up to 30% to support client engagement and in-person meetings.
