Job summary

System One is seeking an Account Manager II to serve as a trusted advisor for employer groups and key client stakeholders, focusing on employee benefits programs and enrollment growth. The role is primarily remote with occasional onsite attendance for trainings and meetings.

The ideal candidate has benefits, account management, open enrollment support, client relationship management, and benefit administration experience, with a valid DMV health & life license and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, client services, or sales support.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits and health plans.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer License.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for growing and retaining group enrollment and interpret benefits.
• Travel up to 70% to meet client requirements and provide discretionary guidance.
• Support sales strategy and benefit design modeling with the account team.
• Leverage benefits knowledge to resolve client issues and align with client needs.
• Build and sustain trusted client relationships and collect data on behavior to understand needs.
• Document, track, and close account issues with clear results communicated to clients.
• Assist with open enrollment strategies and wellness services deployment.
• Lead educational sessions for employers and employees, both in person and virtual.
• Support new business implementation and renewal processes for client satisfaction.
• Keep clients informed about insurance regulatory changes and compliant administration.
