Job summary

Skyline Med Staff, LLC is seeking a remote Sales professional focused on winning new business in Home Health and Hospice. You will build a client pipeline, conduct outbound calls to decision-makers, and close staffing orders for nursing and therapy roles.

You’ll partner with recruiters to turn opportunities into placements, track progress, and relentlessly follow up to drive revenue. This role offers strong commission and a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of B2B sales or healthcare staffing experience with proven new business wins.
• Highly motivated, competitive and self-driven.
• Confident prospecting, handling objections and closing.
• Strong phone presence and daily outbound conversations.
• Accountability to activity and results, organized and consistent.
• Coachable, resilient, and solution-focused.
• Team-oriented with a top-producer mindset.
• Home Health and Hospice experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Drive new business through outbound calls and reach decision-makers.
• Make consistent outbound calls and connect with decision makers.
• Uncover staffing needs and close deals for nursing and therapy orders.
• Partner with recruiters to convert opportunities into placements.
• Follow up and move opportunities through the funnel.
• Track activity, pipeline progress and results weekly.
• Learn, adjust and improve every week.
• Bring in business that yields placements and revenue.
