Job summary

BlueTuskr is seeking a Head of Sales to drive new business for our e-commerce marketing agency. This remote role targets hunters with experience selling marketing services or SaaS to e-commerce, DTC, or Amazon brands.

You’ll own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, with uncapped commissions and a path to leading your own sales team. You’ll report to the CEO and inherit an efficient playbook and tech stack, with a budget for conferences, lists, and direct mail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales of marketing services, SaaS, or related software.
• Direct experience selling to e-commerce, DTC, or Amazon brands strongly preferred.
• Ability to find, pursue, and close new business independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outbound prospecting across cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, direct mail, conferences, and trade shows.
• Close inbound leads that come through our marketing channels.
• Manage pipeline in HubSpot and report on what’s working.
