Qualifications

• Experience scaling from 40 to 140 people.

Responsibilities

• Oversee four department leads and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Define weekly rhythm, quarterly priorities, and resource trade-offs.
• Manage profit, margins on delivery, and hiring costs.
• Lead commercial conversations: client contracts and vendor terms.
• Build operators into leaders through coaching and development.
• Make decisive decisions alongside the founder for day-to-day execution.
