Blacksmith Agency is a remote agency building websites and running paid and organic programs for US clients. As VP of Business Operations you run the company day to day, with Sales, recruiting, delivery and marketing reporting to you.

This integrator seat places you between the founder and four department leads, owning profit and alignment across functions. You will shape the weekly cadence, priorities, and headcount plans, while steering client contracts and vendor terms to drive sustainable

Competenze

Extensive experience leading multiple functions and managing a large team within a single function.
Track record of owning profitability, margins and cost of delivery.
Strong negotiation skills on contracts and with people at all levels.
Clear, proactive communicator to executive peers and founders.

Oversee four department leads: performance, development, reviews, and escalation decisions.
