Job summary

NeuGroup, Inc. is seeking a Director, Content & Intelligence to lead the strategy, development and execution of NeuGroup’s content ecosystem, turning peer group insights into valuable resources for members and stakeholders.

This hands-on leadership role will establish a comprehensive content roadmap, create repeatable production processes, leverage AI to accelerate creation, and collaborate across the organization to deliver content that increases member value and supports growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in content strategy, marketing, editorial, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience in developing video strategy and social media campaigns.
• Ability to translate complex ideas and research into compelling content for a range of formats and audiences, including in-depth reports and guides.
• Demonstrated success building content programs.
• Familiarity with content sponsorship and commercial publishing.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve content creation and production workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise content strategy across member programming, research, digital platforms and thought leadership, using articles, podcasts, videos and other formats.
• Build and manage an integrated content calendar aligning editorial and marketing initiatives with priorities and member needs.
• Translate insights from peer group discussions, research and executive conversations into practical resources for members and for marketing channels.
• Develop content across formats and levels of depth, from thought leadership pieces to short-form video and social campaigns.
• Collaborate to identify and develop sponsorable content initiatives and premium research products.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to leverage intelligence for member engagement and business growth.
