You’ll manage a hands-on team of content producers, partner with cross-functional teams, and advise CMOs and marketing executives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading integrated content marketing or content strategy in a large agency or management consultancy.
• Strategic advisor to senior brand marketers for consumer brands.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling with a strong portfolio.
• Deep understanding of integrated marketing and how content supports brand strategy and demand generation.
• Experience building scalable content ecosystems, not just campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, GEO, and AI-driven discovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead lead content strategist across key client relationships, advising CMOs and marketing executives on growth through content.
• Partner with agency teams from inception so content strategy shapes campaigns.
• Build integrated content strategies aligned with brand positioning and channels.
• Lead executive workshops on audience research, messaging, editorial planning, and governance.
• Architect expansive content infrastructures for the customer journey.
• Direct content initiatives across paid, earned, owned, and social channels.
