PDI Brand in Woodcliff Lake, NJ is seeking a senior content strategist to define and drive enterprise content priorities across digital, social, events, and paid media. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Talent Acquisition to shape stories, formats, and channels that engage executives and customers.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Corporate Communications, you will develop a content strategy, establish KPIs, and create high-quality assets from vision through production.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of content strategy, development and editorial planning.
• Strong knowledge of digital, social, paid, web and events content distribution.
• Experience leading cross-channel content strategies in complex orgs.
• Knowledge of content performance measurement and SEO/AI content trends.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive enterprise content strategy across channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Talent Acquisition to align on priorities.
• Lead storytelling approaches and asset development from concept to activation.
• Establish a content performance framework with KPIs and optimization processes.
• Drive audience-first content, leveraging AI-driven discovery and personalization.
• Build partnerships to scale content across the organization.
