Job summary

NeuGroup is seeking a Director, Content & Intelligence to drive strategy, development and execution of its content ecosystem, partnering with content and research teams to transform collective intelligence into valuable resources.

This hands-on leader will build a comprehensive content roadmap, establish scalable processes, and leverage AI to accelerate production while expanding value across marketing, sponsorship and commercial channels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in content strategy, marketing communications, editorial, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Content and Research, Marketing, Peer Group Leaders, Sales and Business Development, Member Experience, and Executive Leadership to leverage enterprise and member-generated intelligence to create content that supports member engagement, market visibility, commercial priorities and organizational growth.
• Contribute to the creation of high-value content, including executive summaries, research reports, implementation guides, playbooks and frameworks, articles and white papers, presentation materials, digital and social media content, sponsored thought leadership, and member resources within NeuGroup Connect.
• Translate insights from peer group discussions, research and executive conversations into practical resources members can apply within their organizations, while adapting key themes into concise, compelling content for marketing and social channels.
• Develop content across a range of formats and levels of depth, from thought leadership pieces and guides to short-form video and social media campaigns.
• Collaborate across NeuGroup teams to identify and develop sponsorable content initiatives.
• Support the creation and commercialization of premium research products, sponsored thought leadership and new content offerings.
• Identify opportunities to package NeuGroup’s intellectual capital in ways that create member value while supporting sponsorships, partnerships and new revenue.
• Ensure all commercial content maintains NeuGroup’s editorial independence, quality standards and member-first philosophy.
