Job summary

IPEX seeks a Director, Data Center Strategy & Market Development for North America to lead the end-to-end data center strategy across the U.S. and Canada.

You will define priority applications, growth pathways and coordinate across Sales, Product, Innovation, Technical, and Marketing to win in data center projects. Develop relationships with hyperscalers, engineers and designers, translate market insights into differentiated value propositions, and drive a multi-year plan while traveling

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related discipline.
10+ years in data centers, mission-critical infrastructure or related fields.
Experience with hyperscalers, colocation providers, engineers and other stakeholders.
Willingness to travel regularly across Canada and the United States.

Responsibilities

Develop and own North American data center strategy with a multi-year growth roadmap.
Identify opportunities across site infrastructure, cooling, water management and related applications.
Build senior relationships with hyperscalers, engineering firms and partners.
Position IPEX upstream in design, influence specs and standards.
Lead cross-functional team alignment and communicate progress to leadership.
