Job summary

CU System Administration is seeking a Solutions Team Manager to oversee the HCM Core and related components of the HCM system. You will collaborate with campus stakeholders, HR leadership, and UIS teams to align business requirements with functional capabilities within PeopleSoft HCM.

The role reports to the Director of Human Resources Information Technology Services and supports a remote-friendly, Colorado-based work arrangement with Denver as the primary location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; or equivalent professional experience.
• Five years of experience supporting PeopleSoft HR applications.
• Experience with PS Query, TOAD or SQL Developer.
• Vendor management and project coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HCM Core module enhancements and roadmaps.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and campus leads on requirements.
• Oversee testing, UAT, training and documentation.
• Ensure smooth promotions to production and change management.
• Oversee vendor relationships for the HCM module.
