Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Five years of professional experience supporting and managing a PeopleSoft application.
• Experience with vendor management and system upgrades.
• Knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies; ability to lead teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage one Senior HR Business System Analyst and oversee task scheduling and standards.
• Oversee life cycle of HCM Core enhancements including design specs, testing, documentation and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system subscribes to maintenance requirements and regulatory updates.
• Lead testing, training, and promotion efforts to production; guide cross-functional teams.
