Job summary

UF Health seeks an experienced ERP/PeopleSoft Analyst to enhance HR, finance, and supply chain processes. This fully remote role supports enterprise HR technology and ERP improvements, focusing on UAT, configurations, and end-user training.

You will gather detailed requirements with stakeholders, validate configurations, monitor performance, and deliver leadership reports on project status, risks, and performance. Authorized-state residency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in supporting PeopleSoft HR, Financial, and Supply Chain applications.
• Experience enhancing ERP functionality and improving operational efficiency.
• Ability to gather and analyze complex business requirements and facilitate communication between business and tech teams.
• Expertise in ERP system validation, UAT, and performance monitoring.
• Experience delivering end-user training and preparing detailed management reports.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for ERP efficiency and performance.
• Gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements with stakeholders.
• Act as liaison between business units and technical teams for project alignment.
• Validate ERP configurations and support UAT to ensure solutions meet needs.
• Monitor ERP performance and recommend enhancements for functionality.
• Provide training and support to end users for effective adoption.
• Prepare and present reports to management on status, performance, and risks.
