Darwin Recruitment is seeking an ambitious HCM Sales Executive based in Cleveland, OH to drive new business for a cloud-based HR tech platform focused on retirement benefits. You will own your territory, build a pipeline and engage owners, HR leaders, and senior decision-makers from local SMBs.

The role offers base salary with strong variable pay, remote work from Cleveland area, and local travel for client meetings as the business expands across Ohio.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of HCM sales experience.
• Proven track record in winning new business and building a sales pipeline.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and acquiring new customers.
• Strong consultative selling skills to understand challenges and position solutions.
• Confident engaging business owners, HR leaders and senior decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business: identify, prospect and engage small and mid-market businesses.
• Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking and relationships.
• Take a consultative approach to understand each prospect’s needs and challenges.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Engage key decision-makers and stakeholders to demonstrate value of the retirement benefits solution.
• Own your territory and accountability for pipeline, activity and results.
• Collaborate with the regional sales team as the business grows in Ohio.
