Darwin Recruitment is seeking an HCM Sales Executive to drive new business in Cincinnati, OH. Base salary is $70,000–$80,000 with $70,000 variable compensation and an on-target earnings range of $130,000–$150,000. The role is 100% remote from the Cincinnati area, with local travel to client meetings.

You will own the territory, build a robust pipeline, and engage business owners and HR leaders to deliver retirement benefits solutions for small and mid-size businesses across the US.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HCM sales experience.
• Proven track record of winning new business and building pipeline.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and acquiring new customers.
• Strong consultative selling and stakeholder engagement.
• Willing to travel locally for client meetings.
• Experience selling HR tech or benefits is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by identifying prospects in the Cincinnati territory.
• Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking.
• Engage owners, HR leaders and senior stakeholders to uncover needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Communicate value of retirement benefits solutions to clients.
