Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Location: Cleveland, OH or Columbus, OH (75+ % local travel within 120-mile radius)

Pay: $75,000 + Commission ($100K OTE Expected). Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Paid Volunteer Time, Fitness Reimbursement, Paid Parental Leave

Overview

As an HCM Consultant, your primary focus will be cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients including accountants, CPAs, bankers, and other financial professionals. You’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities and referrals, meeting revenue goals, and contributing to the department’s overall success.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients, including influencers at CPA firms, law firms, asset management companies, and business consultancies.
• Engage with existing clients to uncover new sales opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate prospect database and conduct detailed discovery meetings to identify client needs and provide value-driven solutions.
• Use MEDDICC qualification methodologies and deliver engaging product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent client support.
• Stay informed on industry trends to refine sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of outside B2B sales experience required; PEO sales experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and/or Insurance preferred.
• Strong consultative sales background desired.
• Proficiency in CRM systems required.
