Job summary

Solvo Global is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant, Client Benefits to lead end-to-end benefits implementations and configure plan rules and carrier connections. You’ll be the primary client contact and collaborate with Payroll, Sales, HR, and Operations.

You’ll manage multiple projects, troubleshoot challenges, mentor teammates, and drive process improvements to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of benefits implementation or benefits administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS/HCM platforms (PrismHR preferred).
• Excellent client-facing and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of benefits implementation or benefits administration experience
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits and compliance
• Experience with HRIS/HCM platforms (PrismHR preferred)
• Excellent client-facing and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously

Preferred

• PrismHR experience
• PEO, payroll, or HR technology background
• PHR, SHRM-CP, PMP, CPP, or similar certifications
