Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a sales professional to prospect, develop client relationships, and close new and expanded deals. This fully remote role serves a Minneapolis territory, with a Director of Sales overseeing performance and quota attainment.

You will travel occasionally for events and meetings, maintain active prospecting, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a sales position.
• HS diploma or equivalent; college degree strongly desired.
• Strong presentation and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business opportunities and schedule/present Paylocity services to prospective clients.
• Prepare and present proposals and provide follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate documentation for clients to move to Paylocity system and ensure smooth transitions.
