Job summary

Datavant is seeking an experienced HCC coder to review and code diagnoses from patient records, ensuring accurate risk adjustment coding per client guidelines. You will apply ICD-10-CM rules and DRG guidelines while maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a 95% coding accuracy rate and complete tasks as directed.
• Handle additional tasks requested by management.
