Responsibilities include auditing charts, switching between client guidelines, maintaining a 95% quality average, handling rebuttals, and joining weekly project review meetings.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of ICD-10.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high quality.

Responsibilities

• Audit coded charts per client guidelines.
• Move between different client guideline sets with ease.
• Maintain a 95% quality average at the diagnosis level.
• Address rebuttals from coders/auditors.
• Participate in weekly coding project review meetings.
