Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and code diagnoses from medical records per project guidelines.
• Ensure ICD-10 CM, DRGs guidelines and client policies are followed.
• Maintain a 95% coding accuracy rate.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
