Job summary

You must be admitted to the Hawaii bar and reside in HI to handle consumer protection matters, transactional and civil litigation, while staying strictly within a 40-hour work week.

You will manage a heavy caseload, draft pleadings and motions, negotiate settlements, conduct legal research, and communicate with clients and opposing parties to resolve claims.

Qualifications

• Must be currently admitted to practice law in Hawaii.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and supervising a heavy and diversified caseload of the firm's clients in HI.
• Communicating with clients regarding their respective matters.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, reviewing and drafting agreements, etc.
