Responsibilities

• Maintain a heavy and diversified caseload in Hawaii.
• Communicate with clients regarding their matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and review/draft agreements.
• Interface with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims.
• Conduct legal research on contract and consumer law issues.
• Travel for in-court appearances when required.
